Phani Kotamraju

I am a consultant for Certeco. My job is to provide independent high quality testing services, giving confidence to the clients I work with and helping them achieve their targets successfully. This is an exciting role as it constantly gives me new challenges and I need to make sure that I am well prepared to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.

It is worth mentioning here that what I like about Certeco is the trust and confidence they have for the people who work for them. This has a significant impact on my work, as it allows me to act independently and honestly. Overall I believe it is helping me grow in confidence and this definitely reflects on my deliverables. These aspects make my work enjoyable and I never feel that I am working individually, but feel that I am part of a large team and together ‘we’ are providing services to the clients.

I personally believe that being a consultant is a very good career for any individual who is passionate about their specialist field, would like to take challenges, try different things, get a chance to implement their ideas and learn new things. With all this in mind I believe Certeco is the best place to be for me. It provides me with the support to work on critical projects in large enterprise clients where I have many opportunities to share my skills and continue to learn and improve. 

I got an opportunity to be a part of this company in the early stages and have been quite happy. I am now excited about the way Certeco is growing. I am looking forward to playing an important part in its growth and I believe this will give me a lot of opportunities and help me grow personally and professionally.
