As a Principal Consultant with Certeco, I am able to undertake a variety of challenging roles; from delivery as a Programme Test Manager to Solution Architect for new and future clients. As a Programme Test Manager my goal is to ensure the whole team delivers world class testing on time and budget and to exceed the client’s expectations. I believe building trust and understanding with key stakeholders combined with proven methodologies like Certeco Assure allow me to meet the goals I set.

Solution Architecture gives me the opportunity to be creative in functional, non-functional and automated testing to meet client requirements. Working closely with Certeco Client Directors and Managers I speak to many customers across industries with a diverse number of testing issues. For me the key to creating a successful approach is through listening to customers and understanding what they want to achieve and how we can create a strong partnership to succeed.

As a member of the Consultancy Practice Leadership Team I have the collateral and support to ensure continual improvement in my work. From documentation, which underpins delivery, to mentoring the consultants we aim for success with a consistent, collaborative approach at all stages of the Project.

Just as Certeco is expanding, networks and hardware technology for desktop and mobility are developing rapidly.

There is no doubt the future will be challenging, as a key individual in the practice my role will be to assist our consultants to set the pace.

As a strong team we are building on our success as a fast growth company and forming client relationships and partnerships for the longer term.
