Mark Rider

I am known as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all financial matters, advising the project and programme managers. I joined Certeco as a consultant soon after the company launched and I have now been with the company for almost 2 years. I have witnessed Certeco’s growth first hand and it’s been a great couple of years.

I work as the Finance PMO within a client site, not only at a programme level but overseeing the day to day financials for each sub-project. I am responsible for the financial management of a very significant integration programme, including not only project financial management but also ‘business as usual’ activity. Stakeholder management and engagement are important in my job as there are various financial challenges from many business units within the client site.

I am dedicated in investing my time in the company and I have recently taken on responsibility as a Line Manager. What lies ahead? I’m excited by the possibilities and future opportunities they will shape how I will develop both as a consultant and in my role as a line manager.
