founded on experience

Although our name is new, we have been around a long time. The company was founded in 2002 and has been successfully providing services to many of the UK's biggest companies since then.

Richard Mossman, and Philip Tootell, are the original Board members and founders of Certeco (previously Novum Europe). They have vast experience in large business systems integration projects having worked on many of the biggest and most successful in Europe.

Our Managing Director, Gary Davies, was a Board member and shareholder in IS Integration before it was successfully merged into a multinational IT services company, more recently he was Head of Testing at another multinational IT services company.

Graham Smith, who worked with Adam and Gary at IS Integration until recently was the head of a test consultancy practice in a multinational IT services company and prior to that the Head of Europe for AppLabs.

Many of you will recognise our Chairman, Adam Ripley, who was a co-founder of IS Integration which went on to be the UK's most successful testing services company. Adam has over 25 years experience in the IT consultancy services business.

Richard, Gary, Graham and Adam have previously all worked together on large IT/business projects and knew they shared a similar set of values and beliefs about the services business. When Philip and Richard discussed their future plans with Gary, Graham and Adam, they realised how the addition of testing and quality governance services, to their already established IT programme management and planning portfolio, would take their business in a new and exciting direction.

Drawing on their many years of experience they identified the market need for an integrated service that works for businesses, helping them quality assure IT implementation from a business point of view.
