Job Type – Permanent and Associate

Base Location – UK Wide – our Consultants work on client projects throughout the UK, therefore the location of the work will vary.

Roles & Responsibilities
Providing specialist testing expertise to our clients including:

  • Identifying client needs and assisting with the development of a proposed solution.
  • Designing the end to end testing solution for a client (ie Test Strategy).
  • Planning and estimating of a testing project.
  • Formal reporting on client project progress.
  • Initiating a testing project and providing architecture support through its implementation.
  • Mentoring all levels of staff including Test Programme/Project Managers in their role.
  • Undertaking Testing Health Checks, reporting findings and implementing solutions.
  • Undertaking Test Process Improvement Reviews, reporting findings and implementing solutions.
  • Undertaking the role of Test Manager when required.

Experience Required
Strong service sector knowledge ideally with several years of hands-on consultancy service experience.
8+ years in testing or management roles on IT projects, at least 2 of which will be in a Test Manager or Test Programme Manager role.
Expert in test methods, test process and knowledgeable on testing tools.
Either educated to degree level or an equivalent combination of education and business or IT experience.

Desirable Experience
Experience of working in the Financial Services, Banking or Insurance industries is desirable.
